Spanner Wrench. Used by firemen. The firehose had lugs which protruded from the couplings. The wrench would be used to slide over the lugs to provide leverage to loosen or tighten the couplings. After a fire they had to be taken apart to roll them up and dry them out. Heavy Metal ...9 1/2 inches long.
