Mark appears to have been in a fire since the edges and some of the front are a bit charred. No policy number shows. The mark is from the INA Collection that was given to the Smithsonian. It still has INA inventory label on the back. Issue date about 1810. 8 3/4x13. Not original board but authentic mark. BU10
